Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We will notify you before starting work on any custom pieces.
